Born in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Roger moved to Shawinigan at an early age and then to Cornwall when he was 12. In 1970 he moved to Ottawa to attend the University of Ottawa, where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science and subsequently earned his LL. B. and LL. L. (Common law and civil law)

He was a partner in two law firms in Gatineau, where he was involved with family law, criminal law, real estate, personal injuries and litigation. In the early 1980s, he joined Bell Canada as legal counsel, where he gained valuable experience in corporate and regulatory law.

Since 1985 he has been in sole practice in Orleans, concentrating on commercial law, contracts, real estate, and more recently, wills. He now specializes in wills, and making sure that estates remain within the family to the maximum extent possible. He is pleased to serve you in either English or French.

As a family man with children and one grandchild, plus his extensive experience in just about all aspects of the law, Roger is well suited to help you and your loved ones ensure that your wishes will be honoured upon your death. Roger has many outside interests, including a church choir, downhill skiing, canoeing, swimming, golf, classical and marching band music and reading on legal themes. He also participates in several charitable activities.
